Note to the firm: this text is a standard GDPR template and must be reviewed and approved by Mallorca Law before publication.

1. Data Controller

Mallorca Law, with registered address at Paseo del Borne 17, 2nd floor, 07012 Palma de Mallorca, is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website. [To be completed with the exact company name, tax ID and Data Protection Officer contact details, if applicable.]

2. Data We Collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and the content of the message you send us.

3. Purpose

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a professional engagement, to manage that engagement. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your express consent.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the contact form.

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where a professional engagement is formalised, for the periods required by law.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The form on this website is processed through Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which acts as data processor.

7. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@mallorcalaw.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. To measure visits we use GoatCounter, an analytics tool that does not set cookies or collect personal data (it does not identify individual users or track them across websites).

When you arrive, you are asked whether to enable the Google Maps embed on the contact page — until you accept (or click "Load map" on that specific map), the map does not load and Google receives no request from your browser. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

This site also loads the firm's typefaces from Google Fonts' servers, which involves sending your IP address to Google when you visit the page — Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose, but we mention this technical transfer for transparency.
